My name is Nichola, a complementary therapist based in Northwood, Middlesex.
I offer specialised treatments exclusively for women, with a focus on massage and reflexology for women’s health. My calming therapy room is a sanctuary to relax, unwind, and enhance your wellbeing — with each session tailored to your needs.
I also provide mobile reflexology services in Northwood and the surrounding areas, so you can enjoy the benefits of relaxation, better sleep, and restored balance in the comfort of your own home

Mobile treatments are back!
I’m so pleased to share some wonderful news — I’ll be resuming my mobile reflexology treatments! You may remember I had to pause these due to a back injury, but I’m delighted to say things are now much more under control. For now, I’ll be offering mobile appointments exclusively for reflexology.
I’ll also be bringing along my luxurious reclining reflexology chair — it’s incredibly comfortable for you and helps me avoid the awkward positions that caused issues in the past.
I can’t wait to bring the calm and restorative benefits of reflexology back to the comfort of your own home.

Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful that my time is my income. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged at 50% and any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged at full price. Thank you for your kind understanding.
FAQ's
How do I book? If you would like to make a booking please give me a call on 07956 666578 or drop me a message and I can send over some available dates.
How do I pay? On confirmation of your booking I'll send you over a link to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. The remainder is payable on the day of your treatment by either cash or card.
What do I wear? Please come dressed in something comfortable. For reflexology you'll only need to remove your sock and shoes. If you are having the Facelift Massage I'll need you to remove your shoes, top and to drop your bra staps as this treatment does include a shoulder massage.
Where are you located? I work from 2 therapy rooms, both are located in the Northwood High Road. This is the old high road, not green lanes. The address for both rooms in at the bottom on the page or on the contact page. But please do give me a call if you are not sure.
Is there parking? There is some street parking on the high road and some of the side roads, but it does get busy and some do have restrictions for an hour a day, so please allow some extra time to find a space.
Do you offer gift vouchers? Yes, gift vouchers are available all year round and are the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas, baby showers, valentines and anniversaries. You can purchase directly from my shop or feel free to get in touch to customise.
Can I cancel or change my appointment once confirmed? Yes, please see my cancellation policy above for both cancellations and amendments.
