What is Facelift Massage?
Facelift massage is a holistic approach to achieving a youthful and radiant complexion without invasive procedures. This massage focuses on the facial muscles and skin to provide a natural lift and a more youthful appearance.
What are the benefits of facelift massage?
The benefits of a natural facelift massage include:
-
Improved Circulation: Stimulating facial muscles and skin can enhance blood flow, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells. This can result in a healthier and more radiant complexion.
-
Lymphatic Drainage: Facelift massage encourages lymphatic drainage, helping to reduce puffiness and eliminate toxins from the facial area.
-
Muscle Relaxation: By relieving tension in the facial muscles, this massage can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by stress and habitual facial expressions. By relaxing the muscles it can also help with headaches and tinnitus.
-
Enhanced Skin Tone: Regular massage can improve skin elasticity and firmness, giving the face a natural lift and reducing sagging.
-
Relaxation and Stress Relief: Like any massage, facelift massage can be deeply relaxing, reducing overall stress and promoting a sense of well-being.
What happens during a treatment?
During the treatment, you will be asked to lie down on the treatment couch and get comfortable under a towel. You will only need to remove your top and drop any bra straps, or remove your bra if it's more comfortable. I will cover you with a blanket to keep you warm. The treatment starts with a cleanse of the face and neck, then I'll use a little facial oil to begin the treatment. The treatment will also include pressure point massage, chakra balancing, and some massage and pressure point work on the scalp.
What happens after a treatment?
Once the treatment has ended you be gently made aware and given sometime to get dressed and ask any questions. After the treatment drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated. Protect your skin from the sun by wearing sunscreen. Avoid direct sun exposure for a few hours. If possible, avoid applying makeup for at least a few hours after the massage to allow your skin to breathe and recover.
How often should I have a treatment?
I typically suggest a series of 4 weekly treatments, after which you can transition to monthly sessions if that suits your needs.
When not to have a treatment.
Please wait at least 2 weeks to have a facelift massage if you have had the following treatments:

On the day of the treatment please arrive without any make up. Pease do not use any active ingredient products on the day of your treatment, such as Vitamin C, retinol, obagi etc.
